Went to this urgent care twice this weekend due to an issue with my eye. The first time was a Friday night right before closing so the place was empty and I got through quick. The PA I saw that time was extremely over the top kind & made an uncomfortable experience bearable. The second time was a busy Saturday morning with over an hour wait. The customer service from the staff was okay. The doctor I met with was friendly and tried to be humorous to make a difficult situation more bearable. Overall I’d recommend them and come again if I needed to go to an urgent care in the area.

What an excellent experience it was, from an efficient check-in with a warm greeting, through to the end with a very competent and encouraging doctor. The wonderful health practitioner who took Mom‘s blood pressure gave her a visualization strategy to lower her anxiety, and miraculously, she got a great reading for her blood pressure, which has never happened in a doctor’s office where she’s usually very stressed. Her doctor listened very well to what Mom had to say, and explained clearly about the medical condition. We even found the waiting room calming, and extremely comfortable. So impressed! Thank you.

SO I took my 86 y/o alzheimers dad there for a horrible cough. Simple no fever no need for ED visit. Tested at home covid neg. They retested flu and covid neg. The pca Keisha super pt. The PA RUKI i thought was sweet. Front clerk check in kind and professional ....BUT xray tech took him to rush him through and literally eject him to waiting room in his T shirt. Without his glasses. I had to dress him in waiting room go back for his glasses and the wait for "official read" I am willing to let it go. Go to pick up his Rx. And clearly they were so busy they send his RX to NJ. Where I clearly told them where to send them. So now I am waiting for them to fill at the pharmacy I TOLD them to send the Rx to. When they were westmed great. Now I understand why the waiting room was empty.

Excellent experience. The staff was very welcoming, and I received prompt care from a highly skilled doctor. Since I don’t speak English very well, they arranged for a translator to make sure I understood everything. I truly appreciate their professionalism and highly recommend this urgent care center

Terrible experience. This place should not be called Urgent Care because there was nothing urgent about this place. I specifically called and again stated at check in I just need an xray. Over two hours of waiting, and when they finally called us, another patient asked what was going on because he was waiting a long time, so they just took him first, even though he didn't have the proper forms for an xray. I immediately argued and was asked to just wait my turn. Another 30 minutes, and finally got out of there. I will never return as there were only two patients the entire time and the place was mostly empty, so I don't have a clue what the problem was. If you need immediate care, go anywhere else but here.
